Our Story
Sixteen years ago, my family and I moved from India to the U.S. Back home, I worked as a
clinical and school dietitian for over 15 years. But here, requalification meant four more years of
schooling, instead, I took up a 2-year graduate program in healthcare & pivoted to healthcare IT
to support my family.
Inspired by my family’s generational kitchari recipes, I crafted a gluten-free meal rich in protein,
made with simple ingredients, and ready in just 5 minutes by adding hot water—a meal I could trust to feed my family during our busiest evenings.
Our goal is simple: to make convenience foods that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Our
globally inspired lentil and grain bowls reflect this commitment. They're vegan, gluten-free, non-
GMO, made with organic ingredients, Kosher, and packed with 15 grams of complete plant-
based protein.
From migration to entrepreneurship, my journey embodies resilience and passion. I’m thrilled to
share our creations with you, one wholesome meal at a time.
